My new novel–A Passage of Redemption–sailed off to the publishing house last Friday. The manuscript passed its final round of format editing and the cover design has been done to perfection. Compliments to Renee Anderson. From the first words of the story in December (2011) until now is just over nine months . . . my anticipation must be like that of a woman in the last days of her pregnancy. (That analogy could only come from a man–a naive and grossly witless man at that). Something related must be lingering in the back of my thoughts–more on that later.
Anyhow, I am expecting the delivery date of the new book to be in early November–perfectly timed for Christmas shoppers. As I’ve mentioned in a previous blog, I hope to have the new book available as an ‘ebook’ as well as a trade paperback edition. More on that later, too.
Now I can focus more attention on the next story. My protagonist is anxious to take my readers on another adventure. I think–hope and pray– that A Passage of Redemption will add to my following. And, I hope further to carve a market in Florida where I spend a part of the winter.
